Billing questions

Sign in, then press Start free trial on My account or in the extension. You get 3 days of Starter, no card needed, once per account. After that you stay on Free unless you choose a plan.

Starter if you scrape a few hundred items now and then. Pro if you need every page of a site, pop-up panels or the data behind the page. Max if you also need the product photos, or have to route through proxies because a site limits you.

While we launch, the first 300 subscribers get 20% off any paid plan, and keep that price for as long as their subscription stays active. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.

Paddle.com, our merchant of record. They process your card or PayPal payment securely and send the receipt and invoice. We never see your card details.

Yes. Open the billing portal from your account page to move up or down a plan, switch between monthly and yearly, or cancel.

Nothing is deleted. You keep your plan until the end of the paid period, then move to Free.
